超聲震板裝置
投入式超聲震板裝置由震板及超聲波發(fā)生器兩部分構(gòu)成。當(dāng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)型號(hào)的超聲波清洗機(jī)不適用于特定工作環(huán)境時(shí)，除了可以定制特殊規(guī)格外，也可采用投入式超聲波震板裝置。在現(xiàn)存設(shè)備中，如果已有普通清洗槽，則增加投入式超聲波震板裝置，改裝成超聲波清洗機(jī)。全不銹鋼結(jié)構(gòu)，耐酸耐堿，美觀耐用。采用分體式結(jié)構(gòu)，震板與超聲波發(fā)生器之間采用帶插座的高頻連接，使用及保養(yǎng)均方便。安裝布置靈活，根據(jù)需要超聲輻射面可布置在清洗槽的底面、側(cè)面或頂面。
